Shipping policy

At Maison Lune, we carefully prepare your order for delivery and aim to make receiving your new pieces as simple as possible.

New Zealand Delivery

We currently deliver throughout New Zealand.

Standard shipping is $15 NZD per order. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $100 NZD or more.

There is no additional charge for rural delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are generally delivered within approximately 3–5 business days from the date your order is placed.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier services, public holidays and circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its delivery.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
